FerroFoss is a co***ny with casting experience since 1912, where the foundery in Denmark was established. In 2005 FerroFoss.Aps invested in a joint venture foundery located in Hangzhou, China. This foundery was built from the ground with the newest equipment installed in the factory. Included equipment for the quality control are the sand testing equipment, hardness (Hd) and spektrometer. We can supply full certificate from each casting. The General Manager, Mr. Yu Bin, and Production Manager of this factory are well educated in the foundery business and have more than 10 years of experience from other foundery.
FerroFoss in Denmark have imported castings for European costumers, since 2000 with the support from the General Maneger Mr. Yu Bin. Now after 6 years we have found that it is time to establish our own foundery in a joint venture, so we can control all the facility in the foundery and make the best quality. Some of the castings we have imported have been 4300 mm. long. With a weight of 2800 Kg. FerroFoss has been in charge for the machining as well.
In our foundery in Denmark we produce around 5 tons pr. month in the shape of samples and develepment. In Denmark we can produce rasin sand, green sand and we also have a Disa Matic Mark III with a mould dimention of 600 x 480 mm. 2 core machine, one is full automatic and the ohter one half automatic.
In Denmark we melt Iron by electric furnace and can make:

We produce item from 0 ¨C 1200 Kg.
The foundery located in China produces casting from rasin sand and on the middle of 2007 we can produce green sand as well.

The Chinese brand of FerroFoss has a large network in the steel and machinery business in China, we do the trade service for items we cannot produce ourselves like stainless steel casting, aluminium casting and machining.
